I was in the Apple Store today and I had the chance to play with the new Photobooth app. Here are a few pics I took with it. It’s a really fun little app. I recommend you go play with it if you’re near an Apple Store.

Lately I’ve had the displeasure of opening up my Windows laptop for the first time in a while. It’s not that it’s a crappy laptop. It’s that is a Windows laptop. Every time I go back to Windows I’m hit with just how much better OS X is.

In a related story, I’ve been working on my brothers Win2K box, trying to get rid of some spyware and whatnot. Good lord! After several hours of frustration, I managed to kill that damn app. My advise to my brother? Get a Mac.

And that goes for everyone else out there. Get a Mac. Your life will be better for it.

Lately, it seems the world is moving faster than it should. Let me explain- No. There is too much. Let me sum up:

• I’m getting married.
• My parents are sellling their house (I live there)
• I have a big deadline at work.

Somewhere between trying to find a new place, trying to prepare for my wedding and plan my honeymoon, and trying to best this beast of a project I have at work, I feel like I need to strap myself to the floor to keep from being swept away by it all.

Wow! I just Googled myself. It’s really interesting to see what my impact on the web actually is. The result set is really interesting. The very first item is my profile on the phpcommunity.com wiki. Then there are a couple posts from my blog. Result 5 is my page on digg.com. Result 6 is a different Dave Grijalva. And my website ranks in at number 8. So cool though. I’m 8 of ten of the top ten results for my name.
