Pappas started in Houston and they opened a few other restaurants like Pappadeaux&#039;s (cajun) and Pappasitos (mexican).  Oh man do I miss those places... they moved up from Houston to Dallas when I was growing up there and its darn tasty.

The only thing better then Pappas BBQ is the Saltlick which, according to Eno, is now available in the Austin Airport. Mmmm... Saltlick.</description>
